DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We currently only ship within the UK and specified European destinations* at this time. We are unable to ship any item outside of these areas at the moment, sorry. 

Eco Style Threads uses various shipping providers to ensure the best possible delivery services are available to our customers. Using size, weight and location to determine the most cost-effective option for delivery.  

 

UK Delivery

Eco Style Threads aims to provide a smooth delivery to all our customers. We aim to dispatch UK orders within 2 business days (outside of public holidays) once payment has been authorised. 

Every care is taken to deliver orders safely, but we do not accept responsibility for orders lost or damaged in transit. 

 

European Shipping*

Eco Style Threads aims to provide a smooth delivery to all our customers. We aim to dispatch European orders within 2 business days with a shipping time of 3-5 business days.

For all of our European services we recommend providing a mobile telephone number on the item to assist in delivery.

 

Every care is taken to deliver orders safely, but we do not accept responsibility for orders lost or damaged in transit. 

 

* European destinations: Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.

RETURNS POLICY

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with our items received. However, if your not 100% happy with your purchase we will offer a refund or exchange (minus the shipping costs) providing its returned in the condition it was received.

 

UK Conditions for a refund or exchange:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving them. 

  2. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging. (Any items with visible marks such as make-up or fake tan will not be accepted).

  3. For refunds, the cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund, exchanges are free.

How to return an item (UK):

  1. Email support@ecostylethreads.com providing the reason for the return/exchange or refund. Replacements will be subject to stock availability. 

  2. You will then be emailed a Return Authorisation Form (RAF) and a Post Office return label / QR Code.

  3. Ensure the item(s) are unworn as per the conditions above.

  4. Re-pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging along with the completed RAF.

  5. Securely attach the printed Post Office Label to your parcel or if you don't have a printer simply take your QR code to the Post Office and they will print your label.

  6. Please ensure you ask for proof of postage/tracking number to ensure a safe return as Eco Style Threads cannot be held liable for returned items that are lost in the post. Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items.

 

As soon as the package is received by Eco Style Threads your exchange or refund will be processed immediately. Refunds will be made to the credit card account which was used to purchase your Eco Style Threads item(s).

 

For exchanges the postage charge is free, however refunds exclude any shipping/postage charges incurred by the customer on the original order or the return. Shipping/postage charges will be deducted from any refunds.

  3. We do not offer free European returns or exchanges. The shipping cost will need to paid for by yourself, The cost of the shipping from the UK will be deducted from your refund. We recommend sending any items with a valid tracking number as Eco Style Threads cannot be held accountable for items lost in transit.

  1. Email support@ecostylethreads.com providing the reason for the return/exchange or refund. Replacements will be subject to stock availability. 

  2. Ensure the item(s) are unworn as per the conditions above.

  3. Re-pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

  4. Arrange delivery by your chosen carrier, we recommend you choose a tracking service.

  5. Please ensure you ask for proof of postage/tracking number to ensure a safe return as Eco Style Threads cannot be held liable for returned items that are lost in the post. Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items.

Eco Style Threads cannot be held liable for any packages damaged or lost in transit, please keep the tracking receipt safely incase of any items not received.
